Making a special sugar-free tea recipe for the sweet tooth
If you like your cup of tea to be sweet, but also want to reduce your sugar consumption, here is a simple, secret method for you. Honey and warm spices are a great way to add flavor and sweetness to your drink. You will need:
- 1 pinch or stick of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of honey (better choose organic to be sure sugar hasn't been added)
- 1 Tea Plays bonbon (we suggest Sweet Home)
In a big mug, prepare a hot Sweet Home tea. Thanks to our recipe, this tea already has sweet flavors, as it includes the natural sweetener stevia and aromatic rose... taste the tea as it cools and infuses.
If its still not sweet and warm enough, add some cinnamon during preparation. Let tea rest for another 10 min and then add the honey.
